My sample gaining diet

i was curious on starting this diet,

interests me alot becasue im low on cash latley and i really need high caloric intakes, and this interests me since its not a very expensive grocerie bill like i used to have xD, is this too much carbs tho ?

I am not crazy about the protein sources. only real food there is turkey and eggs, but if money is tight, (and it is for everybody nowadays)then give it a go and see
