Been looking around on the net bout bloated stomachs which seems that a lot of bodybuilders have these days. Some explain that its because roids make your internal organs grow larger therefor pushing your stomach out. Some because they eat a lot so stomach is always full and big. I came across a few web pages which say that all the protein powders that are taken during the day have a lot of good bacteria which is dead so it doesn't pass through the system and stays in the stomach and intestines making them bigger and pushing the stomach out giving the bloated look. So whats actually suggested instead of protein powders is to drink kefir milk which is the original source where the protein powders are gotten from.
