    Question New guy

New to site looking for tips, hints, advise to keep up good health and conditioning. About 1.5 years ago I was at 235 lbs., with low-cal diet and alot of cardio came down to 185. Now strength training for about 6-7 months an at 200 lbs. Wanting beach ready look but having trouble getting there. I follow good diet and do a 4 day split with 2 days cardio...still have that belly.

Have tried Lipo-6X, Hydroxycut Hardcore, Hexogen...nothing at all. I take multivi's everyday and at least 150 g of protein everyday. Any advise for the new guy.

i'm in your shoes man and the only thing i have taken that i felt worked for me was a product by MHP called dren. Maybe it was just a confidence booster but none the less it was pretty cheap and only 1 pill a day. What exactly is you diet though?

    diet

    My diet is very routine:

    6:00 AM-1 c multigrain Cheerioes, 1/2 c 2% milk, 1 banana, protein shake and muli-vita
    8:30 AM-1 c low fat cottage cheese
    10:30 AM-1 c raw carrotts
12:30 PM-1 packet chunk light tuna, 1 apple
    2:30 PM-1 orange
    4:30 PM-1 c raw broccoli
    6:00 workout (M, T, Th, F)-protein shake after workout
    7:00 PM-Dinner: usually grilled/baked chicken, steamed veges
    8:30 small snack usually pretzels
    11:00 bed

This is Monday through Friday, weekends I may have 2 eggs and some sausage for breakfast and dinner may be a little different. but this is about my routine. I try for low fat, higher protein.

i would swap out the cheerios and milk with some oatmeal in water and a natural source of protein(eggs or egg whites),too much processed sugar in milk. And maybe take out the orange and replace it with a roast beef/low fat cheese wrap since the preceding carrots and proceeding apple will be enough sugars. And the bedtime snack is alright as long is they are unsalted pretzels. Pretty good though, I mean what diet may work for you could not work for someone else. Try ur diet first and if it doesnt work then tweak it.

Thinking about first cycle, Any rec's on type/dose for a beginner. I want a more mass but I do not want to be monster huge....just straight up lean. Biggest concern of mine is har loss.
