I had a buddy that had a crappy 2 weeks when he got off cycle.
i have never had a problem sleeping coming off gear but i know some do. you can try some over the counter sleep aid and see if that helps.
I have the same problem some times when i'm cycling, sweat like a pig during the night. Pick up some Melatonin from your local vitamin shop, I swear by that stuff
Welcome to the club!
Benedryl is another good one
I always get lazy and go to sleep after cycles
I have very poor sleep on my cycle. I hated it and told the doc I had anxiety and depression. I have been so good this cycle. I have slept great and I have never got that nervous feeling from the test. Also, 3 weeks out is essentially on. 5 weeks until enathenate runs out. Sus has enathenate.
Yes, I just finished about a month ago an 8 week 500 mg a week sustanon cycle. For the first two weeks or so into cycle I had a really hard time sleeping plus my bed was soaked from sweat. It was bad enough that if I had a girl in bed beside me in the morning I'm sure she would have mentioned it,lol. After 2 or 3 weeks I started sleeping fine and the sweating went away as well. I mean like I would wake up probably half a dozen times a night and wide awake. Real pain in the ass but I believe all this was from my body getting used to the compound. Something different in your body. I will also add I never got any type of test flew it was pretty uneventful. Never had any serious pain from inject either. Actually after a few injects almost couldn't feel anything the next day.
Anyway yes I can relate to your sleeping issue.
Im the opposite, i only sleep when i come off a cycle...
deca occasionally gives me night sweats and shitty sleep. Like i would just wake up all sweaty n nasty. But i duno if your off cycle, maybe its just your body adjusting
Melatonin 5mgs, Valerian Root tabs
Both can be found at any drug store
benadryl and unisom combo for over the counter. Ambien works like a champ. I can't sleep on cycle until my body gets used to the different hormone level (at least 3 weeks). After that i still don't sleep as well but that is offset by the energy and focus from test.
The key to a good nights sleeps is putting yourself in a frame of mind where you are able to clear your mind and just shut your body down. Wake up consistently. Set your alarm for say 5pm and when the alarm goes off just get up don't continually hit the snooze bar. Just get up.
Create a morning ritual, start the coffee pot, shower, have coffee eat breakfast, read paper.
Leave early for work if possible. I find that if I can get to work before most people get there I can start into my tasks at hand and pretty much keep myself busy all day.
Drink plenty of water. Eat your food as close to your schedule as possible.
If you can leave promptly as to beat the lolygaggers and get home as quickly and
as stress free as possible that would be wonderful.
Upon getting home set aside some time for yourself to just sit in quite and have your thoughts become calm.
Eat dinner. Talk to your loved ones and try to connect to them and they're issues and
try to resolve as many as expeditiously as possible.
Make a rule that at a certain time it becomes quite time in your household, no yelling, shouting or feelings of hostility are permitted. Calm conversation is only allowed.
Whatever time you have decided is going to be your bedtime, start your pre-sleep rituals an hour before that. (Showering, grooming, Sleepytime tea, tucking your children into bed. etc.)
Get into bed a 1/2 before bedtime and begin the sleep process. Get your pillows and
blankets in order. Make sure your significant other is also in bed and ready for sleep as well.
Find your sleeping sweet spot and try sticking to it. I find moving from position to position to be counter productive.
There are other things that you could do but i frown on OTC sleep medications and am really down on Benzodiazepines like xanax and klonopin to help with this as they are highly adictive.
Hope this helps,
Anon. Are you a doctor man?? one hell of a post!!!!! lol
oh, I stand corrected... I don't know why I thought it was diphenOriginally Posted by bmit;444***5
