I've been lurking on here quite a while now.
Stats: 5'11' 172lb 10% BF 26y
I did a Test E 500mg/wk about 5 years ago (way too young and stupid I know). I got around 190 peak and leveled around 180-183 while working out after starting around 160-165. Stopped working out for about 2 years and I've been working out solid a year now. I was mainly concerned with cutting and generally being in good shape (cardio 6-7 days/wk).
Recently I changed my diet and training routine for adding some size with the aid of some good info here (mainly been lurking the workout forums) and although I'm not considering doing a second cycle just yet, I'm researching what would be appropriate if/when.
In regards to cycles, would doing another cycle of just Test E be ok for a second time?
Orals and the effects on the liver scare me, as well as 'Deca Dick' or similar sides. I see alot of threads on first cycles, in which everyone seems to say Test by itself is fine, but not so many on second cycle. If it is good to add something, what?
I'm still not looking to be the body builder type, mainly my reasoning for thinking of a second cycle is that I wish I had done it the first time with the training and diet regimen I have now.
I'm interested in a fairly safe cycle to get where I wanna be eventually, which is around 190-195 and 10% BF (long term). Ideally I'd like to not have to do more than one more cycle to get there. Where do you think I should be naturally before taking another cycle with this as the goal? (ie 180-185 at the same BF% as now?)
One other thing that does kind of scare me, is I did feel some gyno coming on the first time. I took nolva and clomid at the time but don't remember exactly what dosages/time frames. Nipples were a little puffy but it's not noticeable now at all. If I had the issue before, am I right in assuming it will most likely be worse a second time? Or should I run something throughout the cycle to combat this?
