Diet:
Meal 1- 8 egg whites, 2 whole eggs
-1 cup of oats, 1/4 cup raisins
cut raisins, up to 1.5c oats
2 - 10 oz steamed chicken, 1.5 cup brown rice
up to 2c crown rice
3- 6oz turkey, whole wheat wrap, with veggs
8oz of turkey, add a banana
4- 40 g whey Pre workout
add 30-40g of slow carbs here, banana/sweet potato work well
5- 50 g whey/50 g dextrose post workout
70g of protein, cut the dextrose it's horrible for you, 80g of carbs worth of bananas or equivalent
6- 8-10 oz top round steak, 1 baked potato

7- 10 egg whites, 1 cup broc, 1 slice fat free cheese
good
8-50 g casein protein, glutamine before bed...
add a good fat source here, maybe 1oz of nuts
