    Anadrol is the worst steroid known to man.

    I decided to add anadrol into my current cycle. Took it for 4 weeks, at 100 mg/day. Been off for a week and lost everything I put on....about 10 lbs...it was mostly water and fat I put on, not muscle...it did make me strong as hell but now I look EXACTLY like I did day one of my cycle. ****ing anadrol. never again.

    what was your diet like?
    what's your current cycle(include when you added the anadrol)

    Sounds like you only ran the drol is this cycle man. You wouldn't blamed only the drol if you had cycled some test in the mix. Plus diet is key like phate and jamyjamjr mentioned.

    bro sorry to tell you but i would be more worried about why i lost all my gains when i was stacking aas. you took more then drol so why are you blaming it all in drol. maybe your diet is way off or considering you only gained 10lbs in which you say is all water i would question the rest of your gear.

    Current one:

    1-4 anadrol 100mg/day
    1-15 test cyp 600mg/day
    1-12 e.q. 500 mg/day
    1-32 HGH 4IU/day

    Diet:

    Meal 1- 8 egg whites, 2 whole eggs
    -1 cup of oats, 1/4 cup raisins

    2 - 10 oz steamed chicken, 1.5 cup brown rice

    3- 6oz turkey, whole wheat wrap, with veggs

    4- 40 g whey Pre workout

    5- 50 g whey/50 g dextrose post workout

    6- 8-10 oz top round steak, 1 baked potato

    7- 10 egg whites, 1 cup broc, 1 slice fat free cheese

    8-50 g casein protein, glutamine before bed...

    Now, please tell me what the HELL I did wrong....

    im guessing thats 500 and 600mg a week on the eq and cyp..not daily

    i think you need to eat ALOT more food, like close to double what you are eating to clean bulk

    and cals add up to over 5,000..

    If your not making good gains and keeping them in this case I would say its your diet or training

    diet seems to be on point, training is going well....may I add that the test expired 2 years ago and may be weak? or not good at all? my trainer told me bottles are good for years past the exp. date if they are keep at solid temp.....

    and he's right, it should still be good up to 2 years past at least

    but i think you are overestimating your calories

    first thing, you need to know how many calories your body burns on a daily basis, why? because without knowing that you can't even begin to figure out how many calories you need to eat to lose/gain or do whatever

    this formula will give you your basal metabolic rate, which is basically a measure of the amount of calories your body would burn if you stayed in bed all day and did nothing

    Men: BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x weight in pounds ) + ( 12.7 x height in inches ) - ( 6.8 x age in year )



    once you have that number, you can multiply it by an activity number to figure out your daily caloric expenditure, be honest here as this is the very cornerstone of your diet, if you are between two of the below activity levels then just multiply by a number in between them

    To determine your total daily calorie needs, multiply your BMR by the appropriate activity factor, as follows:


    If you are sedentary (little or no exercise) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.2
    If you are lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.375
    If you are moderatetely active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.55
    If you are very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.725
    If you are extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.9

    8-50 g casein protein, glutamine before bed...
    add a good fat source here, maybe 1oz of nuts
    Now, please tell me what the HELL I did wrong....
    this should get you to around 5500 at least

    Diet (as mentioned above), and I think 2/hrs a day for 5 days/week is over training.

    if you dropped your weight right back to your pre cycle weight. than that is a diet problem, or a fake gear porblem.

    but i very much understand where you are coming from, on the anadrol. all it does for me, is make me a bloated bitch. i hate it. but i have a buddy that gets excellent gains from it. he loves it. my advice would be, once you have your diet sorted. is to try dbol with your next cycle. it seems like people who have bad experience with anadrol, have good results with dbol. and vice versa.

    I have to disagree,,,definitely one of my FAVORITE orals. Size,,and strength like no other.
