    cardio during bulking cycle

    ok im gonna take the following

    test E or C 600mg 1-12
    deca 450mg 1-10
    dbol 30mg ed 1-4

    my diet macros are as follows

    approximately 420 grams protein, 300grams Carbs, and 83 grams of fat. This is roughly 4000 calories

    i am 5'10 185lbs and a natural ectomorph. i never did cardio in any past cycles, because i had the old school bulking mentality, and was obsessed with gaining weight since i was always a skinny kid. well that mentality has changed, and ive been doing about 30 minutes of cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for the last 3 days. i just wanna know how much cardio is too much or if i should do any at all during my bulking cycle given that i am a natural ectomorph. my bf should be about 20% now. when i was younger it was naturally around 8 - 10%. any advice would be appreciated!

    by the way i want to clean bulk. ultimate goal is 200 lbs at 8-10%bf. i know i wont get this off one cycle....

    I doubt you are 20% bf unless you have a huge gut (assuming thats you in the avatar) I wouldnt do too much cardio during bulking cycles. I do 6+hours weekly of cardio when cutting but thats a different story.

    i do cardio regardless.. i just adjust diet accordingly.. cardiovascular health is a good thing..

    True but I would say 30 mins 5 times a week is what I do while bulking vs 1 hour / day split into 2 sessions whiloe cutting. Also I onyl do the empty stomache morning cardio when cutting.

    i hear ya... just letting the cat know not to drop the cardio completely..

    you also have to consider that juice stresses the heart...so if you haven't done much cardio before your going to be stressing it alot....

    15% is likely a much closer estimate.

    so 30 minutes 5 times a week on an empty stomach? or less times a week? should i go for a certain % of my mhr or do i just walk or jog for 30 minutes?

    I`m not a fan of the empty stomach cardio while trying to bulk but definitely 5 times a week 30 mins is fine while bulking.

    Medium itensity cardio while bulking nothing too crazy.

    ok gotcha.. im just gonna "power" walk on the tread mill for 30 minutes mon-fri
