When kickstarting with dbol, do yall like to split it evenly throughout the day or dose higher before your workout? Right now im doing 40 mgs/day for the first 4 weeks of my Test E 500mg/week cycle.

Do to its short life it should be broken up over the day
No it doesnt have to be.
I have also heard guys stating that they have tried breaking it up and in one dose and that they didn't really notice a difference. I have also heard that some will take it 1-1.5 hours before the gym to help give them a big pump and help with the workout.
I was just wondering because i took 20 mgs before the gym the other day and the pump was great but i wasnt sure if it was from the increased dose. I'll probably stick to the normal splitting but i just wanted to know if it would be of any advantage
I find if i take over 10mgs at any one time i can some bad ass head aches.

I used to take it in the morning with my vitamins and had decent gains, but i switched up to taking 20mgs in the morning and 20-30mgs 2hrs before workout. I prefer the split dosages now. It might even be best to take some before bed as well.
Split the dose through the day. Make sure to take a dose before bed. 1) because you grow in your sleep 2) becaus you are about to go 6 - 8 hours before your next
yup, i found best in having a dosage that included the bulk of it pre-workout. And take before bed too.
