    goddamn swollen mouth

    lost 2 pounds in 1 day thanks to my mouth being like a chipmunk from getting my wisdom teeth out, i cant fit anything in my mouth, thismorning i made 2 eggs(pathetic) and cut them to tiny pieces and swallowed then, and then been drinking protein shakes like mad, cant wait to get back on my deit

    put egg whites in protein shakes you can put whole foods in the blender and chop them up..and drink them....jmo

    were they already showing or buried because my right side both were out and those are fine, its the ones they had to dig down in my gum and cut into my jaw thats ****ed me up, im pissed to, 5pounds down, and ive been throwing down goddamn protein shakes like mad.......

    im gonna start my cycle tommorrow, i just started eating food again today, i have big holes in my gums, haha i ate eggs thismorning and have a piece of freakin egg stuck in one of the holes, i cant for the life of me get it out, tried swishing, picking it with things, god its nasty.....but im eating again! it took me lil over 30minutes to eat a chicken breast but i got it! that and mashed potatos
