You're gonna have to work hard and get that diet down to a T.
Taking aas with a high bf will lead to unwanted sides, and you won't really see the results you're seeking.

diet area is so broad and a little over my head on what is good/clean or bad. Im 5 ft 10 235lbs 25% body fat age 34. i need a specific plan to loose fat quick and put on noticeable muscle. I dont want to look like arnold or anything,but i want to look fit quick and will do whatever , however and for however much it cost.

I am not trying to be lazy. I here so many different things. What is good fat/ whats bad fat. whats good carbs/ bad carbs. what is good protein. I here morning workouts and evening workouts. I here 30 minutes of carbs I even here hour a day. I just need the truth for what i want. I dont know what good food is as far as good for work out and weight loss. I havent been eating sweets and trying to eat chicken and fish and thats all I know

how much cardio a day do you reccomend. and does it matter if its morning or evening

depends on when you are lifting but generally in the morning on an empty stomach is best. do your cardio for about 45 mins. Works best for me.
