Clomid/Nolvadex dose timing

ok so im just wondering when i get to my pct if i split the dosages and when is the best time to take clomid/nolvadex? should i take a 50mg pill of clomid in the morning then another one at night as the same with nolvadex?

same here i find it if i take it before bed i dont get that shitty feeling clomid gives

I take both of these in the morning, doesn't effect me negatively.
