Arimidex is an AI (aromatase inhibitor) and prevents the conversion of testosterone (and other AAS) into estrogen to prevent estrogen related sides. Acne, gyno, bloating, etc etc.

hCG is good stuff. While youre on trt it would be doing much for you other than serving to prevent testicular atrophy.
