Started about a month or two after I slipped doing neck rolls (if that's what they're called.) I was resting my entire body weight on the front of my head and felt a sharp pain in my neck. Currently, my back kinda feels like it has needles jumping around in them. I pretty much can only bench with lower weights and have had to eliminate a number of other exercises completely from my workout. Over the past few years, I've been to multiple chiropractors (including the well known guy who works with mma fighters and other athletes. His name is Goldman I think), physical therapists and have had an mri on my back and neck. Orthapedist found nothing. I've tried a number of different muscle relaxers and antiinflammatories as well. Selaxin (sp) has been good, but not a cure.
I am going to try acupuncture. Is there anything else I haven't thought of that may help? Thanks in advance.
Oh, I'm in my late 20s. But feel much older![]()
