When I first joined this forum few months ago I was about 190 22%bf. Now I'm 185 15%bf. Diet cardio and clen is what I've done. We can definitively see my upper abs (4 pacs) but fat is still hanging in my abdomen's lower section and it doesn't seem like it's gonna go away. Chest, shoulders, arms and back are also way more ripped then they were. I was thinking of a test/winny cycle but it doesn't seem right according to my goals to get rid of this fat. After many searches on this forum I'm seriously considering anavar 100mgs/day for 6 weeks. Is it the best substance to use according to my goals?
