    Need help with my cycle......

I am 24 years old 5 "11, 195 lbs, 11 % bf and have been working out for 4 years now hard. I plan on taking test e or deca for 12 week at 500 m/w and 250 on monday and thursday for my first cycle. I want to still stay lean and get down to about 7-9 % bf. For my pct i will take Clomid, Nolvadex and other vitamins. I have a high protein and low carb diet so i never eat fast food. So just let me know what you think would be best for me. And any suggestions on the cycle and any changes i should do. thanks for the help

    welcome bro,

    sounds decent.

    Welcome to AR

first cyles are best left to ONE compound so you can see what is doing what to your body both good and bad

so Test for 12 weeks at 500 mgs/week would be a great first cycle

well, no one can tell you what *your* results will be.

alot of your gains will be dependent on your diet, training and rest.
