Well its been almost 5 years since my last poke. I'm 38, 5' 8", 190lbs and 17% bf. Think I will go with test e around 600mg for 10 weeks, followed by a good pct. I've used sust, dbol, tren a, eq, test prop, and test e in the past. Thanks for any advice.

i think you should work that BF% down a bit before cycling again bro.
No sense in riskin extra sides from being a lil flabby.
Also might wanna run the test for another 2 wks.
What were you thinkin for PCT?

Clomid, nolva, dhea, and maybe hgh. Still need to do some research on the hgh.

HGH needs to be used for at least 6months to have a decent effect.

Test E 600mgs is a pretty good simple cycle.
16% bf is higher,but not a big deal IMO. Lots of power lifters are higher than that and are on double that dosages. As long as your blood pressure and everything is in check, and you are healthy.
Why do you want to use clomid and nova for PCT together though? They are both SERMs and Nova the stronger of the 2.
For test only I'd run a low does of letro, or a weak AI and just keep nova on hand incase you experince sides.
I'm scared to use Letro some times because it shuts you down so hard though. Joints dry out and I start to watch Dawson's Creek and cry.
