Flare your elbows out so that they are parallel with the bar, lower the weight and when pushing out of the hole imagine that you can fold the bar in half so the ends would be pointing to you toes. Now try it! Keep your elbows and forearms straight with the bar but apply preasure to the bar as if you could fold it in half as youre going through the typical up-down repetition of benching with an olympic bar. I get ALOT of lat activation that way. Especially towards the top of the motion. After a heavy bench day my lats typically are just as sore as my chest. My lats grow like a mofo using that technique.
