    Cycle after long training break

I haven't lifted heavy in years, and haven't lifted a decent amount since last summer. I'm starting to get back into things, but compared to my old strength, I'm incredibly weak. I have my gear (12 weeks of test cyp/deca/dbol(4wks) and finish up with winny maybe), but my question is:

Should I start my cycle now, or should I wait till I gain all of my strength back? Will I see a difference in gains?

    Thanks

I would at least put in four or five months of hard training, many will probably say a year.

Muscle memory my friend, wait till you get back to your old weight before cycling again or close to it.

Or else all the cycle is going to do is get you back to your old weight more or less.

Doing a cycle now is asking for an injury. Get back to where you were before.

Thats easy. I would definately wait until you get back to where you were before. It doesn't take as long as you may think and in the end you will be happier with the results of your cycle.

As far as size goes, I'd say I'm the same (slight more bf and same weight). For strength, on a lot of stuff I'm not too far off, but am weakest in bench and squat; I'm confident these will improve quite a bit in the next month though, at which point I wanted to begin my cycle. Any thoughts?
