    cycling Var -girl

    hey guyzzz im posting here cuz i will get a faster reply than the girls forum.

    i did a cycle 2 years ago of var (awesome results)

    this time tho i am wondering, how bad is it to cycle off and cycle on again with short time in between, since it is mild will it matter?
    the reason i ask is ive been taking it for a few weeks and need to wait for new stuff (bad results)... so the off cycle may b a cpl weeks... and than go on again for a month or so....

    i dont see why not. i dont think you have to worry about test production much anyhow. lipid profile would be your primary concern in this situation.

    so basically you re just taking a break in an already started cycle?

    curious what do you mean bad results?

    hair loss :-/ oh and kidney aching?

    could have been overdosed or not var at all, im not sure what would be more probable if it was Var from ugl?
    also bad kidney aching? (could have been increase in protein in diet but was still at only 150grams.day)

    it wasn't that, unless you didn't have hardly any water in your system to aid in the break down of the proteins and excretion of ammonia from them

    how bout some stats?

    bf%
    training exp

    write out your cycle for this run, including time off and when you will be getting back on?

    how's your diet?

    training exp. LOTS. been lifting off and on for 10 years, time off can incude a year or more tho b4 back on! lol.
    diet. good. have a dietitian getting it in order.
    i compete in amateur figure. this will be my 2nd cyle.

    7 weeks is plenty of time to get on track, are you doing Figure, Fitness or Bodybuiding?

    but who knows it could have been 20mg, 30mg!?? or not var at all. ugl. liqua tech.

    im at about 1500 / day now.
    about 45p 35c 20-25 f
    7 weeks out. and im smaller than last time this sux!!! i wonder if i should add a small dose of primo in there. hehe this time if i order more it wont be ugl
    Dont trip about bein smaller ur gona be fine for sure, u lookd fantastic on the last pics i saw. u got enough time to dial everything in for sure

    but i feel i need to gain more muscle.

    and my trainer is being a douche and saying its cut time and you cant build, or build up areas you want to in 7 weeks while cutting. he's a wnbf pro so isnt fam. with working w girls an aas.

    grr. im so frustrated today. i guess because i took pics and compared them to last year. i feel in confident.

    what you guys think of a lil injectable dbol in prop form? i read about it w good women interaction, but dont see it around. pimo was also mentioned. like 50 a week..

    I think you are where you need to be at 7 weeks out. My wife did Nationals last year and I can tell you they are rewarding a softer look these days. Although with the new Bikini Division there is some thought they will allow the Figure women to come in a tad harder. I would stay away from the primo and stick with the the Var if you feel the need to add something in.

    yea its dif in canada tho, the judges here really really favour muscle. so much that the pro girls have to change their physique a bit when they get to ifbb.
    but anyways, thank you make me feel better. but i still feel tiny, lol. espec in the shoulders an legs :P

    Update

    SO i eneded up dropping that trainer and doing it on my own. and glad i did. if i would have followed his cookie cutter weight routine i would have not gotten FIGURE OVERAL at the show. and w a different diet too. very happy w the results. I did a cycle of Var. I took dave palumbo's fat burners as well as adpated my own cutting diet from his keto diet outline. i also took aboleo for fat burner which i really liked, which is albuterol, dmae, yohimbine, meridia, green tea, caffeine.
    I worked out my legs 2x a week one day mainly just focusing on quads. Heavy weight. I also worked out my shoulders 2x a week.
    I did cardio 2x a day. LISS (because of keto diet). 1hr on empty stomach (besides some extend drink) in the am and 20-30m after weights.
    Picture attached is in the morning 3 days after an all day refeed, when im nice and dried out and full (i copied this technique for my peak week)
