second cycle...need help and advise...

hello guyz, im from asia...and i want 2 ask u sumthing...to be clear enough what im doin rite now..i want 2 use test-e 600mg and boldenon 600mg...what do you think?for the first cycle i had test-e only 600mg..and for this second cycle i want lean bulk and wants to take the andregonics effect, bcoz my fren told me that boldenon is effective within range 400-600...how do yout think?FYI BF 10%, with proper diet and nutrition and have been workin out for bout 3 years,weight 160lbs, and height 175cm...thx 4 the advise...PCT using HCG,nolva and clomid...

th cycle with boldenone must be 12-16 weeks. and i think u should take a look at ur diet i think u should be heavier. age?

due to its slow effects, Eq should be run NO LESS than 14 weeks if you can

meaning the test would need to be run a minimum of 15 weeks

IMO, i'd also head over to the diet section.

post up what you eat daily, what your goals are, your stats, and see if people can critique you - to make the best use for your training and your AAS use.

i've been counting for my calories a day about 2000-2500 calories..and because i live in asia...i use brown rice,oatmeal for the source of carbs..vegetables,1-1.5kg chicken breast,skim milk,peanut butter...eat every 3-4 hours..

HCG does not come in PCT and should be taken during your cycle.

EQ should be dosed 600mg/wk for atleast 12 week. Anything more would be good. (More days and not higher dosage)

If u have got 200mg/ml EQ bottles then it will last u exactly 13 weeks which is good.

Dont expect to see any results in your body for atleast 4 weeks. Mine kicked up after week 7.
