    Thinking of Doing Steroids

    Hello,

    First I want to start with I am very unexperienced with steriods and know almost 0% about it thats why I am here. I want to know the next things please answer these and explain them I appreciate it alot:

    - Is it harmfull to use Steroids only for a short time(cycle I think it is?) as example 3 months?
    - Do you need to have any specialties to do steroids(like body weight, fat percentage etc)
    - What are the Side effects you can have with only using it for one cycle?
    -Would it Improve me if I only used it for one cycle?

    I want to become bigger and stronger in a fast way but my real question is is this possible to use it once and it being harmless and actually giving results if I use it correctly.

    First you must understand that it is in your best interest to have learned your body before making the jump into steroids. Learn what diet practices work best for you while growing (i.e. are you carb sensitive?), how you respond to food (i.e. do you get bloated eating this), and understand that food is the crutch for your quest for growth.

    Also another thing that is in your best interest to learn how you respond to certain exercises and training protocols. Steroids will grow muscles but not tendons so if you get to strong to fast without a good solid base before hand you run the risk of injury....
