not much out ther thats safe for girls, but at 33% bf shes got s lot of work to do. IMO dont juice her but MAYBE try clen and T3
ya get her on clen, cardio. and spend some time in the diet forum. diet is gonna be the biggest thing at 33% bf. there is no such thing as a magic pill. its gonna take good ol fashioned hard work.
Thanks. I am tweeking her diet, overall its good & her gym routine is consistant. Gonna try carb cycling in her diet. I've heard winny is a good one for girls to increase fat burning. Should it be stacked w/ EQ?
You don't need steroids for the fitness look.
Alot of women get sides with winny. Like the others said, stick with the diet and maybe some clen, T3, or an eca stack before thinking about steroids for her.
Cool. I will keep her on her current plan and try the clen. Maybe revisit trying a cycle when shes in better shape and ready to have a more muscular look.
amd deff not winny man maybe var but i gota be picky as fvck about who u get it from cause its faked a lot and a female will get bad sides if she gets say M1t instead of var
yeah diet and cardio. if she really is working out 6 times a week and u have her on a good diet there is no way she will be over 30 percent bf for long.
