    Severe Muscle Pumps

I'm not even sure if calling these muscle pumps is accurate. They don't feel like cramps though.

I have been experiencing really strong muscle pumps in my lower back and legs during leg workouts and when running/walking. Its gotten tot he point where walking a quarter mile causes such tightness in my lower back that I have to stop and rest for a couple of minutes.

Could too much OT causing this?

    OT?

Take taurine for cramping, I get that way on cycle. I get horrible shin splints walking across campus, so now I take the bus all the time. As for the lower back pumps I get that, try wearing a workout belt it should prevent the pumps, I tried it out on my last back workout and no painful lower back pump.

Lol first time I heard some refer to t-bol as OT (oral t-bol) thats kind of redudant since t-bol is naturally an oral in the first place.

Anyway, my shin splints were so bad I started limping half way across my walk and my campus has ****ing hills so it killed. Like it hurt so bad and I was sweating and by the time I got to class I couldn't wait to sit the **** down my legs hurt so bad. When I sat down my shins were pulsating with pain like I had a pump in the BONE.

People would see me walking across campus and txt saying "why are you limping?"

Thanks, I think I'll cut back and see if the symptoms subside. I was just curious if anyone else had had similar issues while on a cycle. What you describe is exactly how I felt yesterday while playing ball. I had to freak'n lay on the ground at one point and wait for it to pass.

My advice, cut any activities that deal with running/walking alot unless you absolutely need to do it (ie. job/cardio/whatever). Try to limit the pain as much as possible.

Taurine should help, in the mornings I get cramps in calves so bad that I hold my leg in pain while it subsides then the whole day it is sore like I gave it a workout.

I wish that would solve it but I'm afraid the shin splints are only part of a larger problem.

I used to have that problem. Its obviously lack of nutrients or something right? Thats what I thought anyway. I started taking glutamine and creatine once a day, one week later...problem solved. This was almost 2 years ago and it hasn't came back. I dont always use creatine but the glutamine goes in my shakes once a day.

I hadn't thought of that. I'll try adding more glutamine and some creatine.

What is your BF% and what all does your cycle consist of (including dosages)?

Well hopefully reducing the dosages will help. I wouldn't personally run 2 orals at the same time but best of luck. Next time throw some test into the equation and run 1 oral with it. Also, get the BF down before next cycle.

Drink tons of water, take taurine, eat bananas, and pray the lb pumps go away. Good luck bro!

I'm going into week 6 of my Test E cycle (used Dbol for first 2 weeks, couldn't handle the back pumps/headaches anymore, plus I was sick as a dog) and I can barely walk a KM now without having to stop. It feels like my shins are going to explode. Probably because I went from 190 to 210 and I bet most if it is water :/ I hate 4 week colds/sicknesses.

i get incredible anterior calf pumps from walking anywhere... i try to avoid as much as possible ESPECIALLY if wearing thongs... as im in thailand i only wear runners to the gym.
    flat feet cant help either...
heard dbol+anapolan is an incredible recepie for lower back pumps that can stop you from doing anything.
