Take a look at the gyno and let me know if you think I have a chance at reversing it or if you think I just plain and simple need surgery...

PS: I have never used AAS

*It has always been like this since I hit puberty and to me it looks like it keeps getting worse*

I had it in prison on one side and the doc said it was because i had a high startch diet.
Try diet first man.

Should I try letro .25mg ed and have some nolva for when I come off of it? It is becoming summer and I hate the puffy nips, people always comment it

on my left peck (right in pic), is that round ball you see part of the gyno with my nipple?
