Hey Guys,
I'm about to start my 1st cycle in a couple of weeks and I had few question. I appreciate all the info and help. The reason for me starting this cycle is I like to gain at least 10-15 lbs of lean muscle and build up my endurance and stamina. I've been working out for about 10 yrs and I can't seem to get over 180 lbs. My diet is good and I just recently started a new diet regiment I got off the diet forum. Please let me know if there's anything I should tweak in my cycle?
Here's my 12 wk cycle info:
Test Prop 200mg/2ml 500mg per Wk 12wk
Deca 100mg/1ml 400mg per Wk 12wk
Anavar 10mg 30mg per Wk 8wk
Nova and Clomid for PCT
My Stat's are:
29Yrs
180lbs
5'10
13% BF
