    Am I getting enough or too much

    5'9''
    12-15%
    180 lbs
    BMR= 1865.45
    Activity level is between Moderate and Heavy so I used the constant 1.65
    This would give me 1865.45 x 1.65 = 3078 cal/day for maintenance.

    Ive been trying to cut down and lean out for summer so I threw together this very simple diet of 5-6 meals a day at: 200g Pro, 200g Carbs, 45g Fat. This all totals 2005 cals.

    If all my math is correct am I getting enough? Am I getting too much? Should I add some pro and drop some carbs?

    Thanks in advance

    for cutting i would start at eating your 3000 cal for maintenance and trying to cut with just low intensity cardio on an empty stomach first thing in the am and then again after your work out. Try this for a while and if not getting the results you need lower your daily intake of cals by about 500. Try that for awhile and see how it goes. It is going to take some time to figure out what works the best for you to cut fat and keep muscle. Dont stress about just take your time and u will be satisfied in the long run.

    for the last few weeks I havent been real strict on my diet just because work school and other stuff going on but my day-to-day looks like this. Lifting in afternoon and cardio in the evening
    Meal#1 4 egg whites 1 whole egg and a tbl spoon natural PB
    Meal#2 3 or 4 egg whites 1/4 cup almonds
    Meal#3 12oz. steamed broccoli and zuchinni
    Meal#4 Protein shake after workout
    Meal#5 Chicken breast
    Meal#6 Green Salad and either chicken breast or lean steak

    Not perfect by any means like I said last couple weeks have been tough
