My question is whether Im overtraining or not i have a fight in 30 days ....my routine goes like this....
Monday Legs in the early morning and rest in the afternoon
Tuesday Chest & Triceps early in the morning and then at 7 one hour kickboxing and half an hour grappling
Wednesday Back (including deadlifts) rest afternoon
Thursday Legs early in the morning, at 8:30 1 hour intense grappling/sparring/conditioning (this is the hardest day)
Friday Chest and Triceps in the early morning rest afternoon....
This doesnt seem like too mnuch but I have a physical job...I usually go to work at 8 after my postworkout meal....I also work on saturdays, and on the weekends my girlfriend sleeps at my place since fridays...
