    Question teach ol' wise ones

I'm looking to start my cycle for the summer but unsure of what to do this time? I can post what my last two were but I really want to get from 175 to atleast 200 and hold that or 190 no less I have a good diet and can make it to the gym a solid 4 days maybe 5. Please give some input!

you don't need steroids at this point, you need your diet tweeked. IF you can't hold your bodyweight to 210-220 NATURALLY at a height of 6', then you won't hold it AFTER you are done cycling

No offense, but DIET is the key to making and keeping gains !!

you could but the results would only be temporarily due to your diet.

6', 175, lifting for 10 years... You need to get over to the diet section bud.

I agree everyone is different. some gain easier than others. even with proper diet.

yea one of my pet peeves on here,, its hard to tell someone what they can get to naturally. I dont really call eating 8 times a day at 4000 calories for a year that cost thousands of extra dollars can be called natural. I believe genetics is far superior in dectating your natural weight than diet and training. Id rather spend a few hundred bucks taking a cycle and gain 20lbs, lose half of it than spend 5k eating right all year and gain 10 but thats just me.

well i can see were your coming from i mean if u diet correctly and are still stuck well than i would go for it too.. but if u never had a good diet or gave it a try then maybe thats your answer.. but again what u think might have been a good diet really might have not .....just my 2 cents.. if not start sticking
