How BIG is TOO BIG??

If I still want to look good to the opposite sex, how much size is too much.
They say females think guys that are too big are scary or intimidating.
So what is the point of no return? When does a man's body stop being "sexy" and becomes "freaky"
And better yet how do you know where you stand?
I do know that BF% makes a huge difference, if your abs are visible then you should be good to go no matter how big you get within reason.

i have been up to 190 at 5-6 5-7ft tall. and i thought i looked amazing but most girls did not. All the bros were super impressed and at parties i found all the guys running up and talking to me and the girls not so much. But i found a few super hot ones that were down with me being as wide as i was tall. its up to you man whatever makes you happy is what matters rite. I hope your not doing all this work to score a few dates with some babes. As for me, I train for me and only for me. Any attention I get from my physique, good or bad, is icing on the cake. And as with another post on the board, i do agree that if you are bodybuilding specifically to attract chicks, well, you don't really need to be bodybuilding. To me, bodybuilding is something that cuts down to the bone...you gotta want it, you gotta crave it, you gotta really do it for yourself.

If ANY woman gets turned off by it, find someone else! Billions of people walking the planet will assure that you will finally meet someone that in sync with your bodybuilding, and hell, she may even help you with your "supps!"

All in all, get big, and get big for YOU!

Look there in no point worrying if you are to big for a woman or if they like big muscles or smaller ones because the answer to that question is yes.Some like big muscles, some like small muscles, some like 6 pacs, some like chubby guys ect.ect. The truth is if you have the perfect body but you only talk about creatine and protien and your pecs she will get bored quick. girls aren't intimidated because a guy has muscles. Guys use that as an excuse. If you have a personality it doesn't matter how big you are. I have friends that are 6'2 270 and lean and girls talk to him non stop. but he is the funniest guy i know. That's like saying you dont talk to a girl because her ass is to nice and her boobs are to big and its intimidating.

an attractive looking guy is gonna be just a bigger attractive guy and vice versa. Its all about confidence. Muscles are definately an asset of mine that get me noticed initially. BUt at this point in time, I am by no means the best (someday hehe). But once I open my mouth, the chick wont be looking at other (leaner skinnier) guys the same way she looks at me. Personality and confidence goes a long way.


We all have preferences. I like small girls that like big guys. It makes awesome chemistry. I am really picky when it comes to women. I just dont go for the more robust ones. My brain just automatically takes them off the list. This kind of stuff works both ways. some chicks are gonna want the bigger dudes to feel protected and safe and what not, some will like the skinnier artsy type dudes.

Personally I like to keep my athletic abilities and for me that means I cant be much heavier than about 225 lbs. I like to be a lean 205-210 as I am still strong, still look like I lift weights and can keep my quickness for sports. However in the winter when I am not doing as much as far as sports I will get as big as 230+ for powerlifting.
