I have just ordered a bottle of clen from AR-R. I will start at 20mcg and increase by 20 each day. I will let you know how it goes.
I have one question though, I have read mixed opinions on spreading clen dose throughout the day. I'm planning to take my full clen dose on the morning 7:00AM along with whey protein and xtend. I usually workout at 4PM (sometimes at 2PM). Will clen interfere with my workout ? Some days I'll be doing HIIT and some days I will lift weights.
