Severe muscle cramps on cycle? Why and what can I do?

Hey everybody. Running tren extreme, furgano, and test prop. Taking Hawthorn berry (sp)? Taurine bcaa shitload of protein and diet is good. WTF is with the fuking cramps? They are not in one area but varies. On a personal note I was having fun with the wife and we were hitting it from behind and all of a sudden I got the most diabilitating and cramps! My wife actually liked it because I started to gyrate really hard!LOL I was in total pain though. What is the deal. A side note I am slightly hypocaloric right now since I'm dieting down. Also taking ZMA and ornithine/arginine and 300mcg Ghrp in the am

likely you need to up your water intake. taurine 3-5grams a day and a potassium magnesium supp may help. it is the orals causing the problems.

While on a win/fina cycle I experienced severe cramps. I would usually get them on my calves and abs. It was actually kinda cool, but extremely painful. It was cool in the sense that when I would get them on my abs, I could see one of my cubes suddendly bulge out about an extra inch outwardw then normal.

This was quickly fixed with the addition of a potasium vitamin, and never experienced it again.
Attempt taking some potasium vitamins with your suppements. Should solve the problem.
Good luck bro, let us know if this worked.

I had the same cramping problems on injectables only. Potasium seems to help.

    Talking Cramps:

I got one for you.I had a cramp in the back of my thigh, actually in the tendons and ligaments behind my knee.It was so bad, that I tore something up.My synovium actually filled with blood.Had it aspirated and some cortisone injected.Never had or heard of anything like it.Blood work all normal.Magnesium and potassium, normal.H20 intake is well over a gallon e.d.. Took me out for a week and 1/2. 8th week into my cycle.I thought that was it. Lasted for 3 hours.I didn't have the fringe benefits you had though!LOL!Titanium

Thanks a lot guys for all your responses, I will def be more diligent about the water intake. I think you guys are right, I am not taking in enough water. I thought about it and realized that I have been good on work days, but when I am home it seems to taper off a lot. I also will up the taurine from 1g to 3-5 a day. I am already taking ZMA which has mag in it, but will head over to the VItamin Shop and get some extra k+ to take. Again thanks for all your help. Didnt even think about the water intake being part of it, I know that, but just needed someone I guess to point it out.
