i will be going on cycle soon,using test prop,equi anavar and some GH.my diet is clean and my goals are to build lean muscle whilst losing body fat.
currently i train HIT cardio 15mins in da morning and supersetting weight training in da afternoons 5 days a week and weekends off.please answer my following questions so i can get maxium gains from cycle and workout and not over training
1.Do I stick with high intensity supersetting?
2. how many times a week must I train weights?
3.how many times a week must I work each muscle group?
4. how many times a week must I do HIT cardio?
