Thats basically what my diet has been like for the past 6 weeks . Live alone . Work alot . Stop long enough to eat a sandwich, get a small workout and go to bed.
well thats why you got a weight problem.. you need to get your diet figured out and eat.. thats the whole thing.. whats your stats
