so im having some issues driving right now because technically i dont have a license since it was stolen after i moved out of state. Im trying to get my record from where i use to live in order to get my new license, they told me 4-6 week wait!!!!!!! WTF! of all the states that you can buy your record from online, california isnt one of them.

anyone having issues with the california dmv!!???
