    Cool Ok Here are my pics

    I am 5' 11'' weighing 208 lbs.
    i have been lifting (the right way, ie 6 meals a day, 1 gram protein per pound of bodyweight) for about two years now. Decided to do my first show in April so I think its time for some criticism. Tried to include some of the mandatory poses. Oh, and sorry if any ofthese are sideways. I am working on that.
