Question Out of interest, how much sleep you guys have on cycle as a rule?

Hi guys, yeah just curious to people sleep patterns on cycle and what is seen to be ideal?. I know for one I should sleep more as letting me down on my lifts, sorting that out asap.

As always any feedback much appreciated...

Before my Tren kicked in, 7-8hrs. Now, 4-6hrs. It sucks. I'm in bed for 8-9 hours still, but sleeping doesn't come easy.

I don't notice a significant endurance difference, but I am also getting an extra meal in now because of the extra time awake. And Tren.

What are you talking about? I go to work so I can relax and nap; it's LIFE that sucks and causes me not to get sleep...

Sleep has a hudge affect on the body. Not getting enough doesnt allow the body to fully recover. Plus, if your like me that means Crappy workout that day.

I aim for 8 hrs but normally only manage 7hrs - the days just aren't long enough.
