First of all is there a womens forum. Can't find one. My girlfriend wants some of my Var. All I have are 40mg caps. Is this an ok dose and for how long.

Please only advise from some women who actually have taken or a woman or man who knows a woman who has!!! Thx

Agree with this big time, dont do more than 5mg for a woman

I know many who have gone as high as 10 without any issues. I wouldnt advise going above that though.

I do know a ahhhh "girl" that did 50mg once for a 6 run prior to a comp...

I am heterosexual and let me tell you, just being frank, I never had a woman man handle me like that. I felt like a little ragdoll getting thrown around by a full grown man. It truly felt like a gender reversal.
