Benadryl for sleep aid

Hey guys! I know alot of us cant sleep when were on cycle, the early am post give that away, but I was wondering what else besides benadryl have you used. Overcounter remedys only please. I know ambinaCr works great, but cant get doc to prescripe those.

to the OP, here is some stuff to try

melatonin(5-10mg)
sleepy time tea(chamomile, hibiscis, peppermint, orange blossum)
SleepMD
valerian root

melatonin is a great one its linked to increases in gh i got weird dreams off that shit tho
they also have soothing teas ment to help sleep iv tryed those before and it wasent bad im taking hexaghen right now its a sublingual and i feel that improves my sleep plus raises igf-1 supposly i havent noticed much.

papa, what about a new doc? I thought docs were quick to prescribe sleeping pills. I know my doc was all about it when I mentioned I don't sleep well.

I have used TylenolPM...but it makes me groggy the next day.

that works as well, the only problem is that this class of drug(NSAIDs) decress protein synthesis and are harsh on the liver and kidneys when used too often

Didnt know Tylenol was an anti-inflamitory.

if your going to go with a sleeping pill id go with lunesta over ambian, ambian makes me feel trippy, where as lunesta I just go to sleep and wake up refreshed. OTC Melatonin works ok for me at 3mg sub. Does give me dreams though. so does the tren last night i had a dream a penguin was chasing me for my protien shake & I live in southern California!

do not use nyquile! that shit is bad man..I've used it plenty of times, but the last time, this past christmas eve, I took about a shot and half, and 20 mins later I slipped into a bad sei zure..I was unconcious and not breathing for about a minute before I woke up...

didn't know what year it was or who the president was or nething, all I knew was my gf's name..about 30mins later I was able to know those other questions I was being asked..

there's alota bad shit in there, research on google about that

Personally, ZMA worked very well for me. I used to have insomnia and that would put me out like a light. But while I'm on cycle I end up lifting such heavy weights and using so much energy that I'm nice and tired getting hope and sleep great, so I don't need to use it.
