this is my first cycle n have just started it
im trying to get asmuch info or knowledge from experienced or knowledgeable people regarding my complete cycle and plan
i would like some opinions from people on how i could adjust my plan to acheive better results
my stats are
age:25
bodyweight:88 kilograms
bf% 12 at most, 6 feet tall
lifts: bench press 90 kilograms 8 reps, deadlift 180 kilograms 6 reps, barbell shoulder press 70 kilograms 10 reps, 45 degree leg press 420 kilograms, 10 reps
i only said this so people could have an idea on my body condition as obviously training and nutrition would vary
i will be running
weeks 1-4 30mg dbol daily
weeks 1-10 500 test ethanate, i was thinking for 12 weeks?
my diet will be approx 500-600 grams of carbohydrates
300 grams protein
fat i will not count but i eat lean foods anyway, e.g chicken breat, wholemeal bread, kidney beans so fat will occour naturally from them
feel free to critisize my diet
my workout split
day 1: back/ biceps/forearms/traps
2 sets lat pull down
2 sets of dumbell or upright rows
1 or 2 sets of deadlift
2 sets of shrugs
2 sets of lower back raises
3 sets of different types of biceps curls (will focus on hammer and barbell curls)
2 sets wrist curls
REST day
days 2 legs/ calves
3 sets of 45 degree leg press
2 sets squats
2 sets leg curls
2 sets calf raises
REST day
day 3 chest/shoulders/triceps
3 sets bench press
2 sets of dips
2 sets of dumbell shoulder press
1 set of barbell shoulders press
2 sets of bench dips
1 or 2 sets of tricep extensions (depending on how i feel)
2 sets of lateral raises (drop sets)
REST day
REPEAT
i copied this workout off a forum
being my first cycle i am not to sure how much volume or frequency i should use, is this workout suitable or should i increase my intensity to acheive better results
im currently afriad to do those workouts of 9 sets per body part as ive tried them before and they never worked for me, all i did was over train and get fat
i found that my body seems to respond well to 6 sets for large muscle, and 2 or 3 for smaller muscles
now that im starting my cycle and a higher calorie diet im not to sure how high i should increase my volume and intensity
anyone whos run a cycle please make sum suggestions
