    Intro n question from new member.

    hey guys.

    first ill introduce myself:

    been workin out for a lil while, cardio and weights as well... im in several MMA competitions and learning Systema. Looking for the edge and i finally found it.

    Now for my gear history:

    none haha, just starting in a week or two.

    Im gonna do a stack of deca n test enanthate, test is 250 mg per 1 cc and deca is 300, im gonna be doing two injections per week. one mondays and one thursdays, so deca n test each week.

    I specifically know 7 others that did the same exact thing, my cycle will be 10 weeks longs and injections will be into the deltoid area while switching deltoids each inject(left right left right....)
    EDIT: and i will continue takign test for another 2 weeks after the last deca shot

    my question is about safety and im hoping for a unanymous answer because the only reason why i even registered is for clear info since i always see about 100000 diff answers...

    my question:

    To be safe what ancillary should i take DURING my cycle, and what should i take AFTER(PCT), so far my understanding is nolva is alot more harsh on the liver then clomid is so for the PCT im leaning towards clomid and some ppl say i should stack it with HCG but im not sure

    any thoughts on a good PCT for this cycle please? and also what to take for safety DURING the cycle, although i have heard that i dont need to take any ancillaries during the cycle because deca + test e is a safe on cycle stack.


    LAST BUT NOT LEAST:
    how does the gear look? labels look good? any comments on Rugio Labs?

    6'5, weight is 240, age 23, not sure about body fat ratio but im sure its not the best... i eat like a monster, 6-8 small meals daily anywhere between 480 to 580 g of protein daily, all good carbs, etc...

    cycle looks ok bro

    you could consider using some proviron but i don't think you will need it.

    2 weeks after my last shot i injects 2500iu hcg every 5 days ( 6 times in total) and i combine this with 2 weeks of 100mg chlomiphene per day.

    pic is abit unclear so i can't tell if the gear is ok

    yellowish tint but not too yellow, oily, labels look clean n professional, have all original reflective sticker thingies on it, expiration date is good.

    I would off on the Deca for a first cycle. Test E is a nice and easy first cycle. If you do develop sides you need to figure out what it's coming from

    thought about doing this but i did some research on and they say that deca is a very mild roid technically speaking and that sides can be seperated by looking at progesterone sides to the test sides.

    yeh dont reall need to add deca to that cycle. you could run a low dose of liquidex throughout cycle. I would also suggest running 12 weeks for test e it works better cquse it is a long ester

    You are going to be a massive heavy weight for MMA .
    From a spectator perspective I would say cardio is king in MMA . The heavy weights are gassed before there time . With increased muscle mass your lung capacity is going to be challenged . Work that sambo ( russian in your name ) and bjj .

    ty im only doing 1 bulk cycle to gain that 25-30 lbs and i chose deca cause it is also a cutter and im doing alot of cardio, my days off(rest days) from the gym i run 7-9 miles.

    edit: in a cycle or two depending on how my weight gains r i will start the cutting cycle
