    Progress photos (Going off cycle now)

    Hi guys.

    I decided to post few photos of myself, and my journey chasing some muscles to my body.. Specially now when I'm at the "dark side" nowadays as well.

    I started as tall as I am know (around 6'2") but weighting only ~120lbs! My bench press max was at 60lbs x 1rep when I started.

    After training ~5-6 years naturally, I gained weight to around 180lbs.

    Here is one photo showing you where I started when I was around 15-16years I think. Now I am 23years old. In this photo I have already been training for 6months or so I think! So I was lots of skinnier at the beginning..

    I took one light dbol cycle last year but that didn't make any major effect, so we can say that this photo shows pretty much my "best" natural size. This is around 180lbs after my "diet" which went pretty bad because of low testosterone levels...long story, nothing to with steroids..

    Now after almost 15weeks of sust test (250mg/w and then 500mg/w later on) and 200x 10mg dbols along with it at the start etc. Weighing ~200lbs.

    Cycle is still on so most of the small gains I've had, are water retention, but here's the photo.

    What can we say, it's a long journey when you look like a tooth stick at the beginning, but even longer journey is ahead to go...

    Now I'm gonna end this cycle. I took 2-3weeks of test propionate 75mg/d after the 14weeks of sust, but I'm not getting any noticeable progress so I guess there's no reason to keep going. Weight is 200lbs, and all I gain if I gain, seems to be fat on my waist. :P I got pretty sick from the propionate, for 2 weeks I've been somehow feeling cold symptoms, and my body temperature is been higher then normal, I have took a lot of ibuprofen for that but it always comes back. I guess it's some kind of test flu from the propionate which doesn't want to give up! So I guess I should.

    My training program has been the anabolic workout from steroid.com, and my diet during this last week has been the "how to bulk clean" example diet from the diet section of this forum.

    2 Photos about me now, 200lbs:
    Photo 1 - - Photo 2 (back) + Photo 3 (front side)

    Any opinions? Should I focus on getting more cut now by eating clean (but "bulking" at the same time, I guess diet is no good idea OFF-cycle) and training hard, I guess my looks would be better then? I have 17,52" hands now and they don't look like that at all, as there is no definition. Same with back.

    My chest would need some more beef seriously too.


    Afterall, I must say this testosterone set was nothing I imagined it would be, I thought I would have serious gains, I would be gaining or if not, then getting cut, but after all the reality hit me and showed that nothing major changes actually happens even with testosterone, in this time - and also I should have putted more effort in my diet! Of course test gave me a lot of strength that's good.

    I guess to gain more muscle, there should be some more anabolic compound always with the test. I took dbol for 7-8weeks of this set but pretty small doses 20-30mg's most of the time. But I looked bigger during that time, then I do now with propionate.

    noticeable size change. Keep diet in check and you'll keep growing

    Thanks mates! It's great to hear some positive feedback, that's something I haven't heard for years in any form.

    The body I started with, was pretty ridiculous for a young man, but whenever there is motivation problems it helps a lot to look at that "before" photo and think "Things could be SO much worse!", LOL

    This latest cycle did not give me the gains I expected, but it was a important learning lession that even with chemicals, your body will change SLOWLY.

    At one day I just looked in the mirror and suspected if my gear is somehow faked, as I thought ~14weeks of sust should make you look like a freakin coleman I know I've had a lots of strength in this cycle but there seemed to be no size gains to my eyes. But then in other hand the total impression of bodyform is somehow changed to better, and some shirts are getting tight etc. so something must have changed, fortunately.

    Yes it needs to be adjusted... I can admit that with this test cycle my diet wasn't always like it should be with this hobby, If I weren't at home I ate almost anything I saw, just to have enough energy as my body weight didn't want to come up anymore, and it's still the same as around week 8-9 and now it's week 15.

    But now I have already adjusted it with leaving some of the worst meals and adding lots of more meat and protein drinks to replace.

    EDIT: I quitted dbol few days ago, when that latest photo was taken. Let's see what happens when most of the water retention goes away as I'm now still doing sust, and propionate test from next week.


    Is that normal amount of gains for this kind of test cycle what do u think? I had feeling that I did something wrong as I have always thought that people bloat like a water balloon with test cycles, but maybe they have taken lots of deca or something as well I don't know...?

    How do u know when ur gain is water?can u feel it see it or what?and how is it like?

    Well I ment that as the cycle is still on, there must be some water retention because of the drugs, as test and dbol always does it. So most of the gains are gonna drop off once this cycle is off.

    Of course I can't actually see or feel the water retention, it just makes you look more puffy and also makes muscles bigger, with almost every drug..

    Thanks for comments, it's very confusing as you people tell me positive feedback, as I myself thought this cycle was not so successful. It seems it was after all.

    Now I have dropped sust 6 days ago, and going with 75mg's of Test Prop only, injecting each day.

    Damn I must say, this stuff kicks ass! Test is test I know, but for some reason this prop just gives awesome strength, makes muscles more defined and yes, it seemed to trigger up some serious gaining process - I have now gained ~5lbs in last week, of course I have ate a lot too, but I think prop is a big factor too.

    I have 30millilitres of prop, so I guess I'm not gonna use that all in this cycle but for next 2-3 weeks I'm gonna go with this and see what happens now. Gonna post new photos then.

    I've made my mind, whenever I'm gonna do my next cycle, it's gonna be test propionate for sure!

    I'm gonna end this cycle now when I'm somewhere around 17weeks. I'm getting sick of the propionate (I think it's that, or then I'm just getting sick otherwise..) and I've been feeling pretty uncomfortable strong heartbeat at nights etc. so I guess it's finally time for me body to have some rest from these chemicals.

    I updated some info to the first post, any opinions, feedbacks and advices for me are more than welcome, please.


    There is no clomid available here, neither is HCG. So it really seems that I must go through this PCT with Nolvadex alone.

    40mg's/d for 1-2 first weeks I guess, and then 20mg's/d for 2-3weeks more..? And then just hoping I do recover properly.


    I'm already planning some easy cycle after my recover and 1-2months off, Anavar has been in my mind, it's damn expensive in my country (over 190$ / 100tabs of 10mg Anavar!!) but what I have read about it, it looks like it would be a mild and "more healthy" cycle to keep motivation up during next autumn, and it could help me getting more cut even when I'm lightly bulking up with clean diet. Correct?

    the path to solid mucsle is slow as you know but the gains you made look pretty damn good so far. definetly have to do both a bulking and then a cutting cycle of work outs to achieve ripped and I always gin extra fat around my waist when i am in a bulking cycle.
