    Loss of gains

    I finished my third cycle, test & tren 8weeks, my weight increased from 178 to 198 during the peak. But six weeks after the last injection I've lost 15 out of 20 pounds. I did my pct and my diet and training are religious. What are some reasons I have lost so much of my gains?

    what kind of test?

    20 lbs, in 8 weeks is alot bro, for a third cycle..how was the bloating?

    If you are netting out 5 lbs of gains from a cycle, id say thats great..

    wow only ran test 8 weeks is it just me or does this seem kind of short?

    what was your pct?? did you use hcg? clomid? we cant give any insight if we dont know doses/duration...

    ^^^ me 2 , post your diet up mate , protein,carb, cals , fat perday and macros and we will critique , it sounds like it is your diet man or your pct , what did you run for pct ??

    post you pct how long did you run it? What and how many PCT compounds did you have? How was you diet after? did you train hard or take sometime off after pct?

    Unless your a rookie 5lbs in 8 weeks is great!! Your expectations are not realistic if you think you are going to gain and keep 15lbs every time you cycle. It takes time.

    a lil more than 1/2 pound of muscle a week i wouldnt complain at all

    My orioginal major was nutrition in college, but I've taken it to another level and have nothing better to do with my day but eat healthy and drink pre and post plus additional shakes. 300 grams of protein on cycle, half from shakes/powder. fresh beef, chicken, or salmon twice daily, proper balance of fruits, veggies, dairy, heathy fats, and multi grains, on top of the meat.

    training I work out twice a day plus i do interval, cardio, dance class, and or stairs daily.

    PCT was clomid, HCG, and nolva. I started the week before my cycle ended and ran it 5 weeks ( I know I later heard consistently i started it too early.)

    The bloating was clearly the reason for the weight gain though I still have great straiations in my shoulders and stuff. Though I know my estrogen was through the roof as well. and it was test E. I can only handle E or cyp. short esters hurt too much in the absorbtion process.

    The dance classes are what caused the loss of gains.

    8 weeks is not short if your running a short ester, especially if it the first time running tren A. If it is Tren E then 12 weeks is better but for Tren A 8 weeks is just about right.

    I assume it was also Tren E? 8 weeks was too short for a long ester! What is your dosage for your PCT? Did you stop your tren prior to stopping your test or did you stop them at the same time?

    carbs and fats. How much of the other two vital macronutrients? Calories?


    Too many focus on protein solely and do not realize that if you do not have the other two aligned right your body will utilize the body blocks (protein) for energy instead of building


    Next time up your saturated fat (red meat) intake post cycle

    But again of course all gains can not be kept has you are no longer have supraphysiological levels of hormones but all you can do is try your best, especially once you hit or get close to your natural peak. There are those that start early and CAN continue to make progress but are usually smaller and weaker and can apparently have achieved those results without the drugs

    not to flame bro but maybee the fact that you have run 3 cycles and only weighe 180ish is the problem. maybee you started to early on the aas. maybee your diet isnt as good as you think.idk. im curious what your wheight was before your first cycle.regardless if thats you in your avi you look great.

    u mind posting up your diet with macros..

    while your at it, throw us your bmr/tdee...

    let's just double check...
