My orioginal major was nutrition in college, but I've taken it to another level and have nothing better to do with my day but eat healthy and drink pre and post plus additional shakes. 300 grams of protein on cycle, half from shakes/powder. fresh beef, chicken, or salmon twice daily, proper balance of fruits, veggies, dairy, heathy fats, and multi grains, on top of the meat.
training I work out twice a day plus i do interval, cardio, dance class, and or stairs daily.
