Hey guys i was just curious if anyone could help me, im 22 and have been lifting since i was 17 5 days a week at least, i think i do everything right i went from 145 to 220lbs today, everywhere on my body is pretty tight IMO just my lower stomach is only where i have fat, its not a huge belly just comes out a little bit no abs really showing, im not trying to do anything really crazy just cut down a little so sorry for typing a short novel for you guys now ill cut to the chase.

Age 22. 5'9 220lbs

i would like to cut down to 190-195 range which i think will be okay and look pretty good, while on my diet i am going to run 500mg a week of test enth for 10 weeks so im not losing crazy amount of muscle, strength lose doesnt bother me.

i know i should eat at least 6 meals a day, can anyone help me out what to eat? i also know ill prolly have to get 2500 calories about. thanks for your time
