    wk 1-16 eq 600mg wk
    wk 9-16 + 13 days winny 50 mg ed
    wk 1-16 Proviron 50mg ed
    wk 13-16 hcg 1000iu wk
    pct - nolva 50/50/25/25 & clomid 100/100/50/50
    L-Glutamine 10g ed
    wk 9-16 Milk Thistle 200mg ed

    Currently 200lb, 14% bf

    MEAL 1 - 8:00 AM
    8 Egg Whites - 120,26,2,0
    1 Cup Oats - 300,10,54,3
    1 Scoop Whey Protein -120,21,4,2

    MEAL 2 - 10:00 AM
    1 Can Valley Fresh Chicken - 120,24,0, 3
    1/4 cup Almonds (56g) - 326,12,12,28

    MEAL 3 - 12:00 PM
    1 Can Tuna - 125,30,0,1.25
    2 Slices Wheat Bread - 100,8,20,2
    Can of Green Beans - 70,3.5,14,0

    MEAL 4 - 2:00 PM
    2 Scoops Whey Protein - 240,42,8,4
    QO Weight Control Oatmeal Mixed in Shake - 160,7,26,3

    MEAL 5 - 5:00PM
    Turkey 5oz -320,48,0,12
    Minute Rice 1/2 cup Brown Rice - 150, 3,34,1.5

    PWO - 7:30 PM
    2 Scoops Whey Protein - 240,42,8,4
    80g Dextrose - 300,0,80,0

    PPWO - 8:30 PM
    Chicken Breast (140g) - 231,43,0,5
    Can of Green Beans - 70,3.5,14,0
    1/2 cup Brown Rice - 150,3,34,1.5

    MEAL 8 - 10:00 PM
    3oz London Broil (85g) - 162,31,0,3
    3 Cups Salad - 20,2,3,0
    Red Wine Vinegar (2tbsp) & EVOO (1 Tbls) - 120,0,0,14




    Total CAL:3444 , P:359, CARBS:313, FAT:87.25

    Any advise would be greatly appreciated....

    every shake except your pwo shake should be replaced with a real meal... other then that.. it looks pretty damn good..

    Thanks for the advice. I did a lot of research and Milos Sarcevs video really helped. If you don't mind me asking what is the difference from shakes and real meals? In his video he uses shakes alot.

    actually the only times you should have a shake are 1. pwo since whey is a fast absorbing protien that runs through your system in an hour 2. right before bed, this would be a casien shake, but seems you got the better idea with the london broil (i follow a whole foods approach)..

    shake will do NOTHING for your metabolism and do not get absorbed as well as real food will... you gotta get that real food in.. so the max u can do shakes is 2 times a day.. anything over that is cutting off the top insteada adding to the benefit..

    I understand. For the PWO shake I will be using maltodextrin. I could not find dextrose. Is there any difference?

    people will argue one is better then the other.. your fine with what you have though.. dont worry..
