I've heard many people say that Anavar has either increased or decreased their stamina and so I guess it seems the verdict may still be out on that. However I was wondering what its effects are on someone who aggressively trains the anaerobic system?
Whether its training doing track intervals such as 200's, 300's and 400's, or multiple 30 second suicides or even when lifting weights with lower weight to be able to maintain consistent frequency for 30 seconds. All various methods of increasing anaerobic threshold and vo2 max. How much will anavar help, if at all?
