i was wondering whats the difference between taking fish/flax oil as pills or actual oil... lets say i take 1000 mg fish oil pills, its only about 20 calories while a tablespoon of oil is over 100 calories.

the difference is one has more fat than the other
well, look at the diff..
your having 1g of fish oil compared to 10g of it with the tablespoon....
you dont have to use the pills, it's just a way of getting your efas in..
i personaly have never used pills.. i like to get my efas from my food...
btw.. you'd have to eat like 30-40 of those pills to get what im getting in a whole avocado..
i would also stop wasting your money wiht the flaxseed there are better EFA sources
i do take a lot of the pills... i just felt like taking 10 pills might be overdoing it... i'll just stay away from them and use liquid.
thanks...
pills just it seems like your having a lot more pills thats all.
personally i just have the pills since im not really fussed or worried about how many i take in a day.
for example fish oil = pills
EVO = liquid
Almonds = nuts
linseed = seeds to sprinkle on my food, even though i am not completely benefiting from them.
I use them for flavour also.
so as you can see i get all variation pills/liquid,nuts and seeds...
