doing clen/t3 for bulking??
clen and t3 are strictly cutting agents... you should not be taking these compounds while bulking..
furthermore, if you need to lose weight, why bulk???

no, i dont need to lose weight, i wanted to know if one could take them while bulking to put on minimal fat. like doing an all out bulk. and i dont mean use it as an excuse to eat everything in sight, but a clean bulk but in excessive surplus to have maximum gains. or would it be the same as doing a lean bulk as far as gains. i know t3 is catabolic, but clen is anticatabolic. wondering if it would cancel out or reduce the catabolism of t3.
I just read about this on another board. You can take a small dose t3,like 25-50mcg while bulking. It will speed up your metabolism and nutrients will go to better use.
^^^ i dont agree... t3 is a cutting compound..
if you dont wanna put on fat while bulking, go 400 cal over you tdee and eat right.. simple as that..

You can use T3 whike bulking if you want. I have done it, is it any different than just not consuming as many calories? Well I guess that seems to be a matter of opinion.
But I look at it the same way I do cardio. Keep diet ALMOST the same year round, keep calories at a good level and then just add the clen, or the coffee and green tea etc and jump on the cardio when its diet time.
So I like to add cardio to reduce my cals rather than to just cut foods. Because between 7-10% of all energy consumed is utilized immediately for digestive purposes only, as food obviously increases thermogenesis.
So if you wanna keep T3 in while bulking go for it, say 50mcg/day.
How do you think the pro's stay lean year round? High dose GH, T3, Test. And yes an ass load of muscle mass.
