Worked out from 19 til 28 but stopped when had my 3rd kid
was 192 solid back then with 2 cycles under belt
im 30 now been workingout for a couple months feel like im dedicated again
so looking to give this a run again

clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks on at 120mcgs a day
pct, i have nolva and clomid but havnt planned it yet either, in process
my work out is:
mon- chest, shoulders and tris
tue- back, bis, and traps
wed- legs
thur, same as monday
friday same as tuesday
sat- same as wednesday
still have to come up with a cardio plan, i have a great bike at home, was thinking of 30min am 30min pm
and have to come up with a meal plan also, will hit diet fourm for that
i eat alot but its not down to a science yet
what do you guys think on those compounds?
