Im 22 5ft10 and weight 12st 4lbs my diets mainly protein n i dont know body fat im slim just want to gain mucsle iv tryed its just not working

I have a very manual job lifting ect plus i hit the gym 3-4 times a week iv been training for last 2-3 years n not put no mucsle on wat so ever any suggestions on makes names of steroids that can help me bulk up my mucsle ???
