how fast does nolva work

I had read before guys posting taking it the day before and waking up with the pain gone the next day.

i am taking it prescribed of the doctor 10 mg a day been taking it 3 days now i have pubertal gyno and had a pain in my chest when i started taking it like a ache but has gone of now and how long before you start to see a diffrence in your chest ?
